Voices on the Praire Wind

In July of 2021 David Wolf, Director of Legecy of the Plains Muesum in Gering, Nebraska, contacted Long Draw Productions in reference to equipment needed to create a podcast which would serve two purposes.

  1. To record and archive voices from the people of the High Plains for future generations as an audio archive of the people that live here.
  2. Make these recording availble to the public via the global podcasting distribution applications used by millions.

After months of preperation, on September 1, 2021 the first “Voices on the Praire Wind Podcast” was dropped, made public, on several global platforms launching the Legacy of the Plain Muesum in Gering, Nebraska into a new era of global communication, sharing the stories, people and evetns of the High Plains with the rest of the world.
